Thanks to the Federal Perkins grant, later this year, students that attend the Sugar River Valley Regional Tech Center Center will have an opportunity to learn about forklift safety and earn an operators license. This will allow our students to have a marketable edge when applying for jobs in manufacturing facilities in the area.
The STVRTC a staff gathered for an overview and gave the new addition a test run. All Staff will be trained to teach the impending forklift training courses in the near future.
