A US Navy Veteran, restaurant owner, Claremont City Councilor, and SRVRTC Culinary Program graduate Rocky Beliveau came to share his culinary knowledge with the Culinary Students. Students fabricated a chicken, worked on cutting skills and made all the elements for a chicken soup.
